Will my order look exactly as it does on my screen?

Due to the monitors on different computers and systems, we cannot guarantee that the colors of your finished printed product will look exactly as they did on your screen when visiting paperiepear.com. However, we can assure you that every order is printed with the utmost of quality, so the colors of your product are exactly as they are intended by our designers.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Please allow up to 10 business days from the time of your order so that we can process, print, package and ship your order. Please see below for a detailed explanation of each step:

Processing and Printing:
From the time your order is received, please allow up to 3 business days to process your order, then we will move your order to our printing and packaging process. We print using a professional digital printing system. Please allow up to 3 business days (in addition to processing time) for your order to be printed and packaged. We will then ship your order.

Shipping:
We ship via USPS Priority, so after your order has been processed, printed and packaged, your order should arrive within 3 - 4 business days, depending on your location. Shipping rates are based on a table rate of the amount of your total order and are shown in your shopping cart, as well as confirmed during the checkout process.

Do you have a return policy?

At The Paperie Pear our goal is to provide you with high-quality products as well as unique design. We take every measure to ensure your satisfaction with the products you receive from us.

We proofread all orders for spelling, grammar, wording and etiquette. However, we cannot verify some customer errors, especially the spelling of proper names, unusual event location, town or street names, the date of your event, etc. So, please review your wording carefully during the checkout process. If you realize there has been an error once your order has been placed, contact us immediately at sales@paperiepear.com, and we will try to stop your order and make the necessary changes before it is printed. We cannot guarantee that we can stop your order in time.

Changes or errors in your order AFTER it is printed:
In the unfortunate instance that an error in your wording does get printed but has not yet been shipped, we will work with you to correct the mistake quickly and reprint your order at a 25% discount. However, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to offer this discount.

Errors made by PaperiePear.com:
If any order were to contain an error or misprint caused by our staff, we will happily reprint it at no cost to you.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

We are located in Alabama, so we do have to charge any orders shipped within Alabama with the appropriate state tax. Orders outside of Alabama will not incur a sales tax. The amount of sales tax will be shown in your shopping cart and confirmed during the checkout process.
